Contemporary projects

The majority of our projects are residential in nature.  They range from small additions to whole house remodels and brand new homes. The approval process varies with each juristiction.  It generally takes between six and eight months to produce the design documents for a new residence not including agency processing time and approval.  Construction of a new home will take a minimum of one year.  During this time period we work hand in hand with our clients and their contractors to produce the best possible design within the scope of their budget.
